Kerala offers memorable holidays

2,100 meters above sea level has unique geographical position.
It is surrounded by Nilgiries and bounded by Tamil Nadu
and Karnataka About 14 km west of Kalpetta lies CHEMBRA
PEAK situated at 2100 meters above sea level and is ideal
for trekking. POOKOT LAKE, is the beautiful natural fresh
water lake surrounded by evergreen forests and wooded
hills.LAKKADI is a place of great scenic beauty with picturesque
hills, streams and luxuriant vegetation, one of the highest
location in Wynad and gets the second highest degree of
rainfall in the world. Three km from here is Pookate lake,
the natural fresh water lake, very deep and wide, and
is one of the rare reservoirs of water in Wynad, surrounded
on all sides by meadows and hills. |
